The Power to Persuade

A sage said, “The only real power is the power to influence others.” Those who’ve been in positions of leadership know all too well how true this statement is. It is also clear that leadership by example is not only effective but often indispensable. “Do as I do” works better than “Do as I say.” The following organizations are actively educating themselves about the environment, environmental issues, and strategies to reduce their environmental impact. They are also sharing the things they learn with others and modeling how groups can bring about internal change while affecting innovations beyond themselves as well.
